Using my change management and coaching expertise along with what I have learnt from adapting my life as a result of chronic illness, I have developed an online life change program for those who seek to slow down and live life differently.

The program comprises an editable eworkbook containing instructions, inspirational posts and templates for your own reflection:

  • Where are you at?
  • How fulfilled are you?
  • What are your values and strengths?
  • How could things look different for you?

What you’ll get out of it!

You will receive a variety of exercises to reflect and identify the new goals for your life.

The overall basis of the program is about positivity – what you can do to give yourself more choice in your life, not what you can’t.

By the end of the program, you will have done a heap of reflection and developed some goals and an action plan to start to make change in your life.
